Creative Recruiting

THE PROBLEM
Social FIXT was doing important work, connecting Black and underrepresented talent with entry-level roles at brands like Red Bull, Sony Music, ASOS, and Boiler Room, but the brand didn't reflect it. The site read as a bare job listings page: plain type on a flat lime background, no visual identity, no sense of the community or purpose behind it. For an organisation pitching partnerships to major brands, the disconnect between the calibre of their partners and the look of their platform was holding them back.
THE STRATEGY
We repositioned Social FIXT as more than a job board, it's a movement. That meant building a distinct visual identity (bold yellow-on-black branding, a proper logo system) and restructuring the site to lead with purpose before listings: the stats behind the mission, the partner brands lending credibility, and events and resources that build community, not just a scrollable list of vacancies.
THE OUTCOME
The result is a site that functions as a genuine partnership asset. Partner logos (Red Bull, Sony Music, ASOS, Depop, Boiler Room) are now front and centre, the mission statement leads instead of hides, and the whole platform reads as a brand serious enough to belong in the same room as the companies it works with. Social FIXT can now bring this site into brand conversations and accelerator pitches as proof of who they are, not just what they list.
